Business Information
Please ensure your Privacy Policy is up to date: A link to your privacy policy should be clearly visible and accessible on your website. If you share user information with third parties, your policy should clearly state what information is shared and for what purposes. If you do not sell or share user information with third parties, that should also be clearly stated. Example: "Mobile phone information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes."
If any data is sold or shared with third parties, this must be explicitly disclosed in the privacy policy.
Please ensure your Terms and Conditions are visible: A link should be visible/accessible on the site.
oNote: This is a general recommendation and does not constitute legal advice. You should consult with a qualified attorney to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Important NoteAll forms that ask for a customer’s phone number must include a means of opting-in to receive text messages. (e.g. a checkbox with a message saying "I consent to receive text messages from this business.")
Ensure your website has texting opt-in verbiage, even if you don’t ask for phone numbers. (Example: "By providing your information or contacting us, you are agreeing to receive text messages from our business.")
If you allow for entry of phone numbers on your website but do not include a means to gain explicit consent to receive text messages, your registration submission will be rejected during the carrier review process.
Please select the most appropriate industry from the list.
SORRY!
Due to carrier rules, businesses trading in marijuana, cannabis, or CBD products are not eligible to send text messages. This rule is enforced against
registrations, even if your text messages do not mention these products, and even if these products are completely legal in your local jurisdiction. (For example, businesses that offer these products are uniformly rejected, even if their messages only discreetly discuss "orders" and "deliveries".)
This is an industry-wide regulation, and neither CallRail nor anyone else will be able to obtain an exception on your behalf.
You can stop here, as there is no need to continue with this form.
SORRY!
Due to carrier rules, businesses operating in the adult entertainment space are not eligible to send text messages. This rule is enforced against
registrations, even if your text messages do not mention adult entertainment services, and even if these services are legal in your local jurisdiction. (For example, businesses that offer these services are uniformly rejected, even if their messages only discreetly discuss "dancers", "escorts" or "companionship".)
This is an industry-wide regulation, and neither CallRail nor anyone else will be able to obtain an exception on your behalf.

Just so you know...
Businesses in the real estate industry (particularly investors and home buyers) have historically been a significant source of unwanted text messages. This is currently leading to increased scrutiny of these registrations and their message traffic.
Please be
absolutely certain you are only messaging individuals from whom you have verified, documented opt-in consent. Carriers will be quick to suspend your registration if they receive complaints, and CallRail will be unable to appeal on your behalf unless you can prove documentation of this consent.
